This website is operated by Vibhuti Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using www.vibhuti.biz and/or engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Scope of Services
We provide IT consulting, software development, web & mobile app development, AI integrations, cloud services, subscription-based digital products, and related solutions. Specific terms are outlined in project proposals, statements of work, or subscription agreements.
2. Payments & Fees
- Payments are due per agreed milestones or subscription billing cycles.
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Taxes, third-party charges, and regulatory fees are payable by the Client.
3. Intellectual Property
Deliverables remain our property until full payment. Upon settlement, ownership transfers as defined in the project or subscription agreement. Pre-existing tools, code libraries, and know-how remain with Vibhuti Technologies.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business and technical information. Disclosure is permitted only with prior consent or as required by law.
5. Subscriptions & Digital Products
- Subscription access remains valid only for the paid term.
- Sharing accounts or misuse of digital access may result in suspension without refund.
- Renewals are billed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or subscription.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for breach with written notice. Client must pay for all work delivered and costs incurred up to termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
